Please note that the Jacaranda FM Mall does not dispatch items from one warehouse, each item will get dispatched from the applicable supplier. The supplier will communicate tracking to the customer within 72 hours. The supplier will courier the item/s to the customer anywhere in South Africa. All orders over R 1000 will be free of charge.
Orders will carry a R 120 courier fee.
Areas outside of main areas are considered to be any destination within 50 km or more radius of a Main Centre.

Orders placed and paid for will be processed, picked and delivered within 4-10 working days should no unforeseen circumstances arise.
If an order is very large or if other unforeseen circumstances arise which prevent the supplier from delivering in the above delivery times specified, you will be notified by Customer Care.
Orders will be couriered during working hours on weekdays (Mon to Fri).
No orders will be delivered on public holidays or weekends (Sat or Sun).
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday (provided that Monday does not fall on a public holiday).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you received a product delivery less than 7 days ago, it is unopened, sealed and in good condition, then we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange it for an alternative product. Return courier cost will be at your own cost and we cannot refund your original delivery fee if there were any.
To return a product, send us an email to for instructions. As orders are dispatched from different suppliers, the return address will vary depending on the supplier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any products which got lost during return shipping due to insufficient labelling or an incorrect address.
Once the product is confirmed as returned, a refund will be processed via the payment method used (credit card or eft).
An opened product can unfortunately not be returned unless it was damaged or defected when you received it.
If you received a damaged or defective product please send us an email to within 7 days from receiving the product, we will arrange for the product to be collected by the supplying merchant from the delivery address. Once the merchant receives your product and agrees with your finding, they will either exchange it for another product or refund the product as above.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the damaged product.
Incorrect Product Received
If you received an incorrect product, our sincere apologies. Please send us an email to .email@example.com within 7 days from receiving the product we will arrange for the product to be collected from the delivery address. Once the product has been returned to us we will send you the correct product.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the incorrect product.
